Refund & Return Policy
AppSite Solutions provides custom digital solutions. As such, refunds are limited and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Terms
- Project initiation/consultation fees are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be possible only if project is canceled before execution begins.
- No refunds once design or development work has started.
Third-Party Services
- Payments for domains, hosting, APIs, or plugins are non-refundable.
- Maintenance packages are non-refundable after activation.
Refund Process
- Eligible refunds are processed within 14 working days.
- Refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method.
