1. Project Terms

All project scope, timeline, and deliverables are finalized before starting.
50% advance payment required. Balance upon milestone or final delivery.
Out-of-scope work is subject to additional charges.
Source code/files are shared only after full payment.

2. Annual Maintenance Terms

Annual maintenance packages are available and customizable. Terms, cost, and scope will be finalized in a meeting.

3. General Approach

Agile workflow with regular client updates and feedback.
Client must provide required content/materials on time.
Third-party tools/services e.g., APIs, plugins billed separately.

4. Domain Policy

Domain registration/renewal payments are due in advance.
Client is responsible for timely domain renewals.
Payments should be made at least 7 working days before expiry.
Domains are managed in a common pool; direct control panel access not provided.
Third-party provider changes may affect services or terms.
